If the recording is to your liking, contact us via phone or email with your approval
and your recording will be finalized.

CHANGES:
If you'd like to make changes to your recording, write us an email explaining your changes. If possible, include the script - OR - We can discuss changes over the phone.

FINAL RECORDING:
Upon your final approval, your recording will be finalized and ready. Final balance is due prior to release of your recording.
No pre-payment necessary for Pre-Paid or Contract Customers and Agency Clients.

Dee Jay On Hold Customers:
Upon receipt of your final balance, we will send you your recording. Installation is available to local customers when needed.
